Sometimes I check my phone and it shows a possibility of rain a week or so out. I laugh. Sure enough, that possibility is gone a couple days later. Although, if it's still there a day out... Well, we have a 50/50 chance of rain, although it's likely to be lighter than predicted.
This reminds me of when i was little. I'd get so mad at the weatherman for being wrong and my mom still laughs about how I ranted at her about how they were liars.
Here the twenty percent rain becomes a hundred and the eighty percent becomes none. They're just guessing!

ReplyDeleteI guess this is the same around the world! :-)
ReplyDeleteIn my country too. Weather prediction in the last few years cannot be predicted accurately.
ReplyDeleteI think it's the same everywhere. Sometimes they say there's no chance of rain, but looking out the window tells me it's raining.
ReplyDeleteWeather reporting out here tends to be pretty good, but, then, I don't get my weather reporting from the news.

ReplyDeleteI think weathermen and politicians are the only careers where you can be wrong so much and still keep your job.
