Upsell

The cable company gave me a free upgrade to my phone system. Of course they weren’t going to let that go.
She did seem regretful about the whole thing. Stupid corporate overlords.

    And that is what I say to classes when they're taking some sort of standardized test and I have to read through the instructions exactly. It seems to help when I inform them that I have to be "official".
