Apparently something got sucked up into the pipe that drains condensation from the air conditioning unit, and if there’s any water in it, it won’t run.
I have AC now, so I can understand your pain, but on the other hand, I work in a kitchen where the AC doesn't do anything when it's on, so suck it up! ;)
Ugh. Of course AC fails at the worst possible time. We just got back from vacation and discovered the refrigerator had quit while we were gone. That was pretty unpleasant too. :(
Stop by from Liz...Sure glad we haven't had to use the AC. But this up coming weekend it will be turn on. Stop by for a cup of coffee if you get a chance.
Of course! It's not going to die on a day that's only seventy-five degrees and low humidity.
ReplyDeleteJust at the worst possible time, which is when these things always must happen.
ReplyDeleteI grew up with no air conditioning so have no sympathy. :P

ReplyDeleteYou notice that the a/c only dies when it's hot. Never fails. (Hope it's working now. If not, don't read my blog next Wednesday...)
ReplyDeleteLike the simple illustrations.
ReplyDeleteLooks exactly like an AC unit to me! :D

Ouch. Bad timing. If my AC went out, I would live in my pool.
