Since last week we had the world’s most annoying fly, it’s
time for the world’s scariest spider. Which is a misnomer since all spiders are
the world’s scariest.
I have mixed feelings about spiders in the house. If they're the big 'normal' house spiders and I see them first, they can stay put as they're useful. If they make me jump they're helped out with a glass. But I do not like any spiders that don't conform! We've got a yellow and black one that's made itself at home outside our back door - now if that comes in the house .....
I assume you keep torches handy for lighting those really big candles. And torching spiders of course.
ReplyDeleteI catch and release spiders when I can.
As long as they stay outside, what's the harm in them?
ReplyDeleteIt's only in the house if you were feeding it.
ReplyDeleteThe spiders in the bathroom annoyed me until I caught a mosquito in there. I don't mind the spiders as long as they do their job.

ReplyDeleteI usually leave spiders alone, but before I'd squash them. There aren't too many, so they're not a problem.
ReplyDeleteI have a HUGE spider phobia. They give me the heebie jeebies!!!
