I still don't know how to use Zoom. (We use Google Meet at school, so I'm fairly good at that.) Although, the camera thing. I would think she wouldn't have wanted to be seen. (So many people turn off their cameras on purpose.)
I run a writers group that's been meeting virtually for over a year now, and we still spend so much time at the start of every meeting trying to figure out why things aren't working right. I assume it will be like that until we start meeting in person again.
Just wait until she can't figure out why no one can hear her...
