When I was in high school, I had a friend who had huge bass speakers that would hurt my chest. I never understood it because you couldn't enjoy the music through the bass.
I walked past a car with bass like that last week. It's insane!

Oh, I hate that. I like bass just fine, but I also enjoy not rupturing my eardrums. So hard to believe that anyone can enjoy music that way.
