Oh man, how did it get this late? Well, okay, it’s 4 a.m. at the time I’m posting this, but I’m actually writing it at almost midnight. Today just got away from me.
So today I’m just going to share with you this neat color test. You organize the squares so that one color flows into the next. Just look at it and you’ll see what I mean. If you get a score of 0, you have perfect color acuity. 100 is basically “can you even see color?” It also shows you which area you’re color deficient in.
Here, I took a screen cap of my test:
I got a 15, which isn’t bad (the last time I took it I got 23, so I guess my vision sharpened over the past couple of weeks). I got pretty close, but those blue-greens got me.
Anyone else take it? How’d you do?
Wow, I scored a four! Thought for sure I had more out of place than that. Cool.
ReplyDeleteMy kids have done that, but I haven't taken the time to sit down and do it. I want to say that the boys both scored 10 or 11, but I don't really remember.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to do it when I get a chance. Sounds interesting...
ReplyDeleteYours is good. Mine was higher- I think the reds got to me.
ReplyDeleteI scored 7. Not bad I guess.
ReplyDeleteI took it a while ago, and missed just a couple. A few of those gradations are really, really close.
ReplyDeleteShades of pink usually get me in these sorts of tests. I have difficulty distinguishing color around the red scale.
ReplyDeleteThat looks interesting. I've heard women distinguish colors better than men. Is that true.
ReplyDeleteOk, so, first of all, thank you for the time suck. It was much needed and a perfect way to procrastinate ;)
ReplyDeleteI DID enjoy that, LOL! It was much harder than I thought it would be. I got a four, though - pretty happy!
This was fun. Too bad it's 12:18 at night and my eyes are now blood shot all to hell looking at all the damn colors, lol. Thanks. ;) But, I still scored an 11. I'll have to try it again when I'm not so tired. Anyway, I like your color codes on your ms in your last post. I'm no where near that organized.
