Significance

I can’t remember why this subject came up in the first place, just that it ended with my mom admitting I was right. That doesn’t happen often.
For those keeping track, that’s the year I was born.

    I remember the hype for the comet, but the actual event was a letdown.

    I was only 5, but I can vaguely remember the hype about it. Don't remember if I got to see it though.

    I remember the comet. Vaguely. As in, I knew it'd never come around again in my lifetime.

    Did you point out that that was the year you were born?
