AC

Seriously, any other day of the year…

Apparently something got sucked up into the pipe that drains condensation from the air conditioning unit, and if there’s any water in it, it won’t run.

It was most unpleasant.

  1. Of course! It's not going to die on a day that's only seventy-five degrees and low humidity.

  2. Just at the worst possible time, which is when these things always must happen.

  3. I grew up with no air conditioning so have no sympathy. :P

  4. I have AC now, so I can understand your pain, but on the other hand, I work in a kitchen where the AC doesn't do anything when it's on, so suck it up! ;)

  5. You notice that the a/c only dies when it's hot. Never fails. (Hope it's working now. If not, don't read my blog next Wednesday...)

  8. Ugh. Of course AC fails at the worst possible time.
We just got back from vacation and discovered the refrigerator had quit while we were gone. That was pretty unpleasant too. :(

  9. Ouch. Bad timing. If my AC went out, I would live in my pool.
